My role: Leading the entire design and project management process for SLGuide's branding and web development.
Strategic Design Lead: From Concept to Creation in Branding and Web Development
- Worked closely with the founder to identify key insights, transforming conceptual ideas into actionable features, and led the development of a new sustainable branding and website design strategy.
- Directed a multidisciplinary team to develop a detailed Design System and guide in Figma, encompassing typography, color schemes, iconography, and interactive elements, thereby ensuring a responsive and intuitive web interface.
UX/UI Strategy Architect: Crafting Vision through Design
- Led the development of information architecture and conducted thorough usability testing to ensure intuitive user experiences and logical content organization.
- Created detailed wireframes and prototypes to convey the project’s vision, adhere to design principles, and strategize content delivery, facilitating idea promotion, team consensus, and efficient decision-making.
SCRUM Master and Assistant Project Manager
- Fulfilled dual roles, effectively partnering with the founder and various team units (engineering, writing, instructional design, design team).
- Conducted daily SCRUM meetings, streamlined the design handoff process, and oversaw QA testing, ensuring smooth project progression and team alignment.
- I also mentored 6+ ux interns to ensure they were able to well participated in our project.
